Welcome to Ancient Greece, where democracy was born and the very first Olympic Games began over 2,700 years ago! This amazing civilization gave us stories of mighty gods, brave heroes, and incredible inventions that we still use today.
The Greeks lived in city-states like Athens and Sparta. Athens invented democracy, letting people vote on important decisions - just like we do today! Meanwhile, Sparta trained the world's strongest warriors who could march for days without stopping.
